Matthew 8:1-4	Jesus cleanses the leper	The leper

Matthew 8:14-15	Jesus heals Peter’s mother-in-law who is sick with a fever	It doesn’t specifically say but I am assuming the mother in law
Matthew 8:16	Cast out evil spirits and healed all that were sick	All those who were healed
Matthew 8:23-27	Jesus calms the sea and stops the storm	The disciples- although Christ said they were of little faith
Matthew 8:28-34	Jesus casts devils out of men’s bodies and into the bodies of pigs who end up running into the water and dying	The devils
Matthew 9:20-22; Mark 5:25-34	A woman with a bleeding issue is healed after touching Christ’s garment	The woman
Matthew 9:27-31	Jesus heals two blind men by giving them their sight	The two blind men
Mark 2:1-12	Jesus heals a paralyzed man- the man gets up and walks	The 4 men carrying the paralyzed man

 

I love reading about all of these miracles performed by Jesus Christ. It strengthens my faith in Him and His power to heal. By just the touch of His hand he was able to heal anything from a fever to blindness. What I learn from these scriptures is the importance of believing! We need to have firm faith in Christ.  No matter what my struggles, trials, or difficulties may be, Christ can take it all away if I just put my faith in Him.
