Our beautiful baby girl turned 3 last week! She's growing up too fast!! Valerie is becoming a little more girly. She loves to paint her nails, wear tutus, and sing songs. She is also becoming more and more independent. She wants to get herself dressed, brush her own teeth, buckle herself in her car seat, you name it. She wants to do EVERYTHING by herself. It is fun watching her personality blossom. My mother-in-law described Valerie perfectly: "When she was good, she was very, very good. But when she was bad, she was horrid." :) One minute she can be the sweetest thing you've ever seen, and the next minute- WATCH OUT. When she is having a good day, she likes to follow me around the house and say, "I being a good girl mommy. I being a very good girl." We love our princess Valerie!

I like the one portrait of the green flower in her hair. She is so beautiful Michelle. 3 Wow! Little Miss Independent, it must be a girl thing with the off and on switch of emotions that is how Aurora is.

I'm just catching up on your blog since I didn't have access to my private blogs. Happy birthday Valerie! I love those pics. She is a beautiful little girl. And I would have guessed that you could handle stressful situations gracefully. When you're forced to take action you can always rise to the occassion. Scary though!
So cute! I especially love the one of her posing in the tutu, towards the end. That little poem "When she's good she's really really good" is what I always say about Aubrey, lol ;)
I CANNOT believe how big and grown up she is...AND the BOYS!!! We miss you guys!!
