Damon turned 7 on November 27th.
We sang to him and his cousin Dallin when my family was here for Thanksgiving.
On the actual day of his birthday we went to the movies with a couple of his friends to see Wreck it Ralph. 
Damon wanted dirt cake with gummy worms for his birthday cake, so that's what he got. :)
Some things about Damon at age 7:
*He is obsessed with action figures and legos
*He is very attached to his stuffed animals. He treats them like they are real people, and it's actually really cute to see how much he cares about them.
* He is really tall for his age- him and Kyle can practically wear the same clothes.
*If in doubt, feed him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
*He loves to play on the trampoline by himself and pretend he is beating up/killing bad guys. He has a major imagination and I love spying on him when he's using it.
*He is reading and writing so much better then he was last year!
*He has become very talkative and seems to want a lot more attention then he used to
*He LOVES tetherball and would play all day if he could
*He is overly concerned with how his hair looks. If it isn't combed just right he can't handle it.
*He is the most cuddly and affectionate of all my kids
*One negative: he's a hoarder like no other kid I've ever seen before!! He wants to keep every single thing he's ever owned- including old candy and candy wrappers, pieces of paper, trash, broken toys and trinkets. It really drives me nuts. I have to go through his room periodically and throw stuff away while he cries in the corner and begs me not to throw anything away. I am trying desperately to break him of this bad habit so that he doesn't live in a mess when he's older!
*Oh, and his little dimple and adorable smile melt this mom's heart
